About Utopia Lifestyle
Utopia Lifestyle is a luxury concierge service based in Marbella, Spain, operating on the Costa del Sol since 2022. We arrange private villas, yacht charters, restaurant tables, VIP nightlife access and chauffeur transfers — normally as a single booking rather than as separate arrangements a guest has to coordinate themselves. More than 2,300 clients have travelled with us.
The company trades as Utopia Lifestyle and is registered in Spain as LUXUTOPIA, S.L., company number B56986995, at Urbanización Cerros del Lago 1, 27A, 29611 Istán, Málaga. We are a service-area business: there is no walk-in office, and we come to you.
What we actually do
We work from a portfolio rather than a directory. That means 44 yachts, from small day boats and catamarans up to sixty-eight-foot sports yachts; 6 villas across 8 areas of the coast; and 20 restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife venues we book directly. The venue list is deliberately short. A relationship with twenty rooms where the answer is yes is worth more than a listing of two hundred where it is a coin toss.
The practical difference is that one party is accountable for the whole week. The villa, the boat, the tables and the transfers are handled together, by people who already know what else is in your diary — which matters most when something moves, because something usually does. Our first reply to an enquiry is typically within fifteen to sixty minutes, depending on how complex the request is.
We are not a booking platform and we do not resell inventory we have not seen. Every yacht in the portfolio has been aboard, every villa has been visited, and every venue on the partner list is somewhere we send guests often enough that the relationship is real. Where we cannot do something well, we say so rather than arranging it badly.
Who runs it
Utopia Lifestyle was founded by Kenneth Lazarde, who runs the business from Marbella. The company grew out of doing this informally for people who kept asking — which is also why it is built around relationships with venues and owners rather than around software.

Alongside the concierge business we run Utopia Wellness Hub, which offers private breathwork, sound healing and coaching sessions on the same coast. It is the same company and the same team.
