Where to Stay, Honestly
Marbella is six or seven different holidays depending on where the house is. This is how we actually place people.
Golden Mile
Between Marbella old town and Puerto Banús. Gated estates, mature gardens, walking distance to the beach clubs. The safest choice if you want to be central without being in the noise.

Up the hill above Marbella. The best sea views on the coast and the most privacy, at the cost of needing a car for everything.
Nueva Andalucía
The valley behind Puerto Banús, wrapped around the golf courses. Larger plots for the money, quiet at night, five minutes from the port by car.

Walk to the port, the clubs and the restaurants. Best for shorter, higher-energy stays where nobody wants to think about transport.
Benahavís & La Zagaleta
Inland and up. Estate-scale properties with staff quarters, tennis courts and full security. Where groups book when the house is the holiday.

West of Banús, flatter and greener, with the biggest plots for the money anywhere near Marbella. Where you go when the group is large and the garden matters more than the postcode.

East of Marbella town, between the sand and the hills. Los Monteros Playa opens onto one of the best beaches on the coast; Los Monteros Altos sits above it with sea views toward Africa and three golf courses within minutes. Quieter than the Banús side, and a ten-minute drive back into town.

Marbella East, past Los Monteros. The beaches here are the widest on the coast and the chiringuitos are the reason people come back. Frontline beach houses still exist here in a way they no longer do closer to town. Twenty minutes to Marbella, ten to Fuengirola.

How Pricing Works
Villa rates on the Costa del Sol move sharply with the calendar. The same house can run three to four times its May rate in the first two weeks of August, and the best properties for peak weeks are usually committed by early spring.
We work on a retainer against which services are drawn, so you see the property rate and our fee separately rather than buried in a package. Any surplus at the end of the trip is refunded or carried to the next one.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are confirmed with 30% of the total, the balance six weeks before arrival. Cancellations must be in writing; sums paid are non-refundable, though the security deposit, the cleaning charge and any optional services are returned. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
