What staying here is actually like
Estepona has become the part of the coast people move to rather than visit, and it shows in the town: flowers on every street, a working old quarter, and restaurants that are not priced for one summer.
The distance from Marbella is the whole decision. For a short stay built around Banús nights it is too far. For a fortnight with a car, the money goes further here than anywhere closer in, and the coast west of town is emptier.
The house we have here
One. Villa Skyline is five bedrooms sleeping ten, on a 1,037 square metre plot with 633 square metres built, an infinity pool, and golf and valley views. It is priced on request rather than listed, because the owner sets the rate by season and by length of stay.

Longer stays. Families who want space and are happy to drive. Anyone who has done Marbella and wants the same coast with fewer people on it.
If you want Marbella itself on the doorstep, San Pedro is the nearest step back toward town, then Nueva Andalucía.
