Golf front in Estepona, on the edge of La Resina Golf and Country Club, with 633 square metres of house on a plot of just over a thousand. The beach is five minutes by car and Puerto Banús about ten, so the setting is quiet without being cut off. The orientation is west, which means the terraces hold the sun into the evening.

The interior was rebuilt in 2026 and is entirely new: open-plan kitchen and living around a marble island, with oak, brushed brass and a neutral palette carried through every room. Five bedrooms across two floors — three upstairs, each opening onto its own terrace, and two on the main floor with direct access to the pool. The master has a freestanding bath, a walk-in closet and a terrace of its own.

Outside, the infinity pool sits at the edge of the plot with an uninterrupted run down the valley toward the hills and the greens. A long terrace beside it takes a BBQ and loungers; above, a roof terrace with a solarium; below, an enclosed garden that gives the plot real privacy.
