About this villa
Beachfront on the Golden Mile, beside one of the coast's landmark resort hotels, with a private door onto the promenade. There is no closer you can be to the sand in Marbella without owning a beach club.
Five bedrooms and six bathrooms, all on one level along with the kitchen and living areas, which makes the house unusually easy to move around. The interiors were refurbished by one of Marbella's best-known designers. There is a manicured garden with a private pool, a large covered terrace for the shade, and a roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a bar and a chill-out lounge for everything else.
The location is the point. The best of the Golden Mile's restaurants and beach clubs are around the corner, and both Puerto Banús and Marbella old town are a walk along the promenade rather than a drive.
