About this villa

Seven bedrooms high in the Benahavís hills, inside one of the area's most private gated estates. The house is new, 1,500 m² of it, set on a five-thousand-metre plot with nothing built between it and the sea.

The view does most of the work. Floor-to-ceiling glass runs the length of the living space, so the valley and the Mediterranean are visible from the kitchen, the dining table and most of the bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is what makes eighteen people workable rather than merely possible.

Outside there is a very large pool, a firepit seating area beside it, a covered dining terrace and a BBQ set-up built around a Big Green Egg. Inside, a gym and a cinema room for the days the weather turns. Twenty-five minutes to Puerto Banús, and far enough up that you hear nothing at night.
