El Paraíso and Atalaya golf courses are under two kilometres away, with tennis, padel and a gym the same distance. The house is 391 square metres on a plot of 849, and the position is high enough that nothing is built in front of it.

The ground floor is an open salon and kitchen opening straight onto the terrace and the pool, with one bedroom and en-suite on the same level. Four bedrooms are upstairs, including the master with a walk-in closet and a jacuzzi bath, all with floor-to-ceiling windows onto the view, plus a solarium terrace. The basement holds a cinema room and a sixth bedroom, which is the right place for children or a late arrival.

The pool is heated year-round and holds an infinity edge over the valley. Beside it there are loungers, a BBQ and a covered dining area. The villa comes with a two-car garage, alarm, air conditioning, heating and a small wine cellar.
