What staying here is actually like

Benahavís is where groups book when the house is the holiday. Nobody chooses it to be near a nightclub. They choose it because eighteen people can eat together, swim, play tennis, disappear to opposite ends of the property for an afternoon, and nobody has to leave to make the day work.

The trade is the car. Everything is a drive, including the beach, and that is the deal you are accepting in exchange for the space and the quiet. Groups who plan around it enjoy it. Groups who expect to stroll to dinner do not.

The houses we have here

Three, and the largest portfolio we hold in any one area. Villa Vantage is the biggest house on our list: seven bedrooms, eighteen people, a 5,000 square metre plot, 1,500 built, sea and valley views and an infinity pool with a firepit lounge. Villa Mirador is six bedrooms for twelve with a panoramic sea view and a heated pool. Villa Lumière is six bedrooms for twelve, looking into the hills and the valley.

For a group of fourteen or more this is usually the area that can actually take you, and most weeks it is the only one.
