Six bedrooms in the middle of Nueva Andalucía, renovated throughout and close enough to walk to dinner. The restaurants and bars of the valley are a few minutes on foot, which is unusual for a villa this size — most six-bedroom houses in the area sit up in gated urbanisations and need a car for everything. Inside, the main floor is open-plan with double-height ceilings in the living room, stone bathrooms and fluted wood panelling running through the ground floor.

The wellness side is properly equipped rather than token: a full gym, a glass-fronted sauna and a double rain shower set up as a spa zone. Upstairs there is a work station opening onto its own terrace with a small kitchenette. The sixth bedroom has a proper sofa bed and a smart TV, so it works either as a children's lounge or as a normal guest room depending on the group.

Outside, the heated pool runs 8.2 by 4.2 metres, with a covered BBQ area alongside that has its own fridge and dishwasher. The garden is landscaped and large enough for a trampoline and a football goal, and there is covered parking for two cars. The kitchen has two dishwashers and a wine cooler; the laundry room has two washer-dryers. It is built for a group that intends to cook and stay in, not eat out every night.
