About this villa

Five bedrooms on a three-thousand-square-metre plot, which is what makes this one different: the garden is the property, not a strip around it. Fruit trees, herbs, banana and mango, lavender and mint you can pick, and free-roaming chickens with a coop you can collect eggs from in the morning. It reads as a retreat rather than a rental, and it is twenty minutes from Puerto Banús.

The house is laid out as two separate living areas. Upper and lower floors each have their own living room, kitchen and bedrooms, so two families or three generations can travel together without living on top of each other. The fifth bedroom and its bathroom sit in a detached guest house in the garden, which works for teenagers, grandparents or staff.

Outdoor living carries the house. There is a full outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a pizza oven, and terraces at several points around the building and through the garden. The infinity pool can be heated, and there is a jacuzzi, a private gym and a sauna. Air conditioning and central heating throughout, open-air parking for two cars. The rules here are firm: families and couples, no groups under thirty, no stag or hen parties.
